Selva Seller Agent is an Amazon dashboard our team operates for you. You receive a unique share link — keep it private — that opens your live dashboard with all the data and actions.

Steps

1. Open the share link we sent you via Telegram or email.
2. You'll land on the «Today» tab — your one-page snapshot of the account health.
3. Use the top nav to switch between 7 groups (Today · Summary · Catalog · Finance · Growth · Ads · Competition).
4. Star any view to pin it to «My views» at the top.
5. Open the chat widget (bottom-right) to ask the AI agent anything about your data.

The «Today» tab is your daily entry point. It shows account health with a traffic light, restock recommendations, and unresolved critical alerts. Every metric comes with a suggested action — we don't show you data without telling you what to do.

Alert types you'll see

• Hijacker detected: Someone is selling on your Buy Box. Click → opens the Hijacker Resolution Workflow.
• Buy Box lost: You no longer own the Buy Box for an ASIN. Review price + offer.
• Stock critical: Less than 14 days of inventory. Order replenishment.
• ACOS spike: Ads cost rose >30% week over week. Review keywords + bids.

All alerts are also pushed to our Telegram bot Qosco. We action them on your behalf and only escalate to you when needed.

Every 6 hours, 8 detectors scan your Reports API data for reimbursement opportunities: customer-returned-no-unit, replacement-no-return, removal lost/damaged, inbound discrepancy, damaged-in-FC, fee overcharge, and disposed customer-damaged returns.

The flow

1. Detector finds a candidate → creates a «draft» with the case subject, body and amount.
2. Selva team reviews it and approves via Telegram inline button.
3. Approved draft is filed manually in Seller Central (no bot impersonation, full TOS compliance).
4. You see «filed» status and amount in your dashboard tab «Finance → Reimbursements».

1. Detected: New seller on your ASIN. We capture seller name, ID and timestamp.

4. Reported: Violation Report is generated and submitted to Amazon Brand Registry.

1. Pick the ASIN you want to optimize (or paste a competitor ASIN to mirror).
2. Claude generates title + bullets + description scored against high-converting keywords.

Two ways to load COGS

1. CSV upload — Profits tab → «Upload COGS» → drop a CSV with columns sku, cost_usd (one row per SKU).
2. Manual — click any SKU row → edit COGS inline.

Where do I get my share-token?

Is my Amazon login safe?

Yes. We use the official Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) via OAuth — we never see or store your Seller Central password. Tokens are encrypted with Fernet AES-128 + HMAC.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscription with no commitment. Cancel from Whop billing portal.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Retained for 30 days then deleted. You can request a full data export anytime.
