Depends on State flow. On average we detect 10-30 new tenders per day. Those classified as green/yellow reach you via Telegram immediately.
Does it work outside Peru?+
Peru only for now. SEACE is the official Peruvian system. Equivalents in Colombia (SECOP), Chile (Mercado Público), Mexico (CompraNet) are under evaluation for 2027.
